VOID PROFIT: Aetrocor Trial Vessel is a free probationary assignment for prospective independent operators. You have been issued one (1) company vessel under a limited rental agreement. Earn C1,000 in operating profit within 72 game hours. Starting funds do not count. Continued optimism is not a substitute for income.

AUTHORIZED LOCAL OPERATIONS

Your trial lease permits travel within the Core system. Buy cargo, compare markets and find someone willing to pay more. Take delivery contracts, carry passengers or supplement your earnings with optional off-book work. Choose your own business. Aetrocor will review the figures.

OPERATING COSTS REMAIN YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Fuel, repairs, rent and fines affect what you actually earn. The trial ledger records your operating profit separately from the credits in your account. Cargo still in the hold has not made you a profit. A large payment may simply cover what you spent fulfilling the contract. Read the ledger before congratulating yourself.
Reach the target and request an assessment at a safe dock, or receive one when the trial clock expires. The deadline uses in-game time, not real-world hours. After either a successful or unsuccessful assessment, you may continue flying in the local sandbox. You can also begin a fresh trial. Aetrocor retains ownership of the vessel in all cases.
